1. Is it easy to order online from GreenSea Hydroponics?
Yes - Simply browse or search to the product you wish to purchase, adjust the quantity you require, and then click on the 'add' button to add this item to the shopping basket. Once you have selected all the items you require proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide delivery details and your credit card details will be taken from a secure server.
2. What details do you require and keep?
We require your name and address for billing and delivery.
Your credit card or debit card details for payment.
An email address to inform you we have received your order.
A telephone number so we can contact you if needed.
All these details will be removed upon completion of your order.
3. How else can I purchase from GreenSea Hydroponics?
If you do not wish to order online and use your credit or debit card, you can always browse our site and choose the products you wish to order, then give us a call with your shopping list and delivery address and we will give you a price and our bank details, you can then pay the amount into our bank account and as soon as we receive your money (usually within 24 hours) we will dispatch your goods for next working day delivery.
We retail all our online products from our shop in Suffolk and we are open 6 days a week for visitors, pay us a visit.
4. Can I order over the phone and pay with my credit/debit card?
Yes, you can give us a call with the items you wish to order and pay with your credit/debit card over the phone. We will only deliver to the card holders address and NOT to a seperate delivery address.
5. What shows on my bank statements and parcels?
It will appear as GreenSea only on your bank statement, and also only as GreenSea on your parcels.
6. Will you deliver to another address?
No, we only deliver to the card holders registered address to prevent fraud.
7. Will you leave my parcels if I am out?
No, we require a signature with all deliveries and cannot leave any parcels in a garden or shed.
8. Which credit and debit cards do you accept?
We accept, Debit Mastercard, Delta, Electron, JCB, Maestro, Solo, UK Maestro and Visa.
9. Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all our pricing includes VAT, except for our grow books which are VAT exempt.
10. Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value, but we do have a minimum carriage charge of £6.00 for up to 5kg, next working day delivery.
11. How do I know if a product is in stock?
We aim to keep all products in stock and available for next working day delivery within the UK. If you wish to check if a product is in stock, then give us a call and we can tell you immediately. If you place an order and an item is out of stock, we will contact you before processing your order and let you know when the product willl be available for delivery, you can then decide if you wish to proceed with the order.
12. How are the products packed?
All products are packaged extremely well to prevent any damage in transit, and plain packaging is used for all orders, small or large.
13. What do I do if I ordered the wrong product?
If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it to us to exchange it for another product, you can. We will require the product to be in original packaging and with a receipt of purchase. Give us a ring to inform us of your mistake and to discuss the new product you wish to receive. We can then take payment for delivering the new product and also any extra cost between the products you are exchanging. Once payment is received and we have also received the product back at your cost and inspected it, we will then dispatch the new product immediately.
14. I have recieved my order and it is damaged?

15. Are GreenSea Hydroponics ordering and payment systems secure?
GreenSea Hydroponics online shop uses Sagepay to take your payment details and we GreenSea do not receive any of your credit card details from Sagepay only your name and delivery address to dispatch your goods. Sagepay is a 100% secure online payment service provider highly recommended by many banks. Sagepay will take your credit card details for your payment and delivery details securely. Sagepay uses a 3D secure system, which requires the cardholder to use a personal password to allow the transaction to go through, this helps to prevent fraud with stolen cards. This may have already been set up if you have shopped online, but will still require to be typed in to allow payment. Sagepay use the secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption protocol to collect and protect your details, making it 100% safe to shop online with GreenSea Hydroponics.
