Grodan Rockwool Blocks have pre drilled holes 25mm and 40mm to place SBS starter cubes into.

• 40mm hole blocks will also hold root riot and jiffy plugs.
• Once roots emerge from bottom of blocks, remove outer sheeting and place into grow system.
• Grodan rockwool blocks are most commonly used for NFT.
